Region 1-A

Miller County will host Clinch County for the Region 1 title. The loser will be the second seed. In sub-region crossovers, Pelham will host Randolph-Clay and Seminole County will host Bacon County. Seminole County will take the third spot with a win. If Seminole loses, Pelham grabs the third spot with a win and Randolph-Clay takes fourth. If Bacon County and Randolph-Clay both win, no tie breaker will set the seedings so the region must decide.

Region 2-A

Twiggs County has wrapped up the title in Region 2. Wilcox County can secure the number two slot with a win over Irwin County. If Wilcox County and Hawkinsville win, Hawkinsville is third and Irwin County is fourth. If Irwin County wins and Hawkinsville loses, Irwin County is second, Wilcox County is third and Hawkinsville is fourth. Finally, if Irwin County and Hawkinsville both win, there is a three way tie. The teams would have to go to the 2nd GHSA tie breaker of winning percentage against Class A schools. In this scenario, Irwin County is second, Hawkinsville is third and Wilcox County is fourth.

Region 3-A

The Region 3 playoffs will pit the sub-region #1 teams against the #4 teams and the #2 teams against the #3 teams. Savannah Christian can capture the region title with a win over Jenkins County. Emanuel County Institute can grab the second spot with a win over Calvary Day. In the other games, #2 Claxton will host Treutlen and #2 Johnson County will host Savannah Country Day. The final seeding for the state playoffs will be based on the sub-region finish, head-to-head competition, and winning percentage against Class A schools.

Region 4-A

Greenville is the winner in Region 4 this season, with Chattahoochee County taking second place. Brookstone can secure third with a win over Schley County. If Brookstone wins, Marion County is the number four team. If Brookstone loses, Marion County must defeat Greenville to take the third spot.
