Region 1-AAA

Peach County clinched the Region 1 title last week with their victory over Dougherty. Cairo will be the second seed from the region. Monroe and Worth County play to decide the third and fourth seeds. Crisp County lost to both Monroe and Worth County, so even if they upset Peach County, they would lose out in a tie breaker.

Region 2-AAA

Carver-Columbus won another Region 2 title this season with last weeks victory over LaGrange. LaGrange now faces Troup in for the second spot with the loser taking third. Northside-Columbus is the fourth seed.

Region 3-AAA

Baldwin is the winner in Region 3 by virtue of their win over Washington County last week. Washington County is locked into second place. Liberty County finished its regular season last week as the number three team. Burke County and West Laurens square off this week to battle for the last playoff spot in the region.

Region 4-AAA

Jackson has secured the title in Region 4. Woodland has secured a playoff berth in just their second full varsity season and will face Woodward Academy to set the number two and three seeds. Spalding has a shot at the number four spot, but must down region winner Jackson to assure itself of a playoff spot. If Spalding loses, Mary Persons can take the last playoff spot with a win over Jackson-Atlanta.
